This Cancellation Policy forms part of the Terms & Conditions of LECTUREPEDIA EDUTECH PRIVATE LIMITED (“Lecturepedia”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By placing an order on our Platform, you agree to the terms of this Cancellation Policy.
1. Cancellation by Lecturepedia
Lecturepedia reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, suspend, or cancel any order before course access is provided for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Technical or system errors.
- Incorrect pricing or publishing errors.
- Duplicate orders.
- Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.
- Payment verification failure.
- Violation of our Terms & Conditions.
- Unavailability of a course or educational service.
- Compliance with legal or regulatory requirements.
If an order is cancelled by Lecturepedia after payment has been successfully received and before course access is granted, the full amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, subject to the processing time of the payment gateway or bank.
Any promotional coupon, cashback, reward points, or discount code used during the purchase shall not be reinstated or refunded unless required by applicable law.
2. Cancellation by the User
As Lecturepedia provides digital educational products and services, users may request cancellation only before access to the purchased course or digital content has been activated.
If the course has not been activated and the request is approved by Lecturepedia, the amount paid may be refunded after deducting applicable payment gateway charges, if any.
Once access to the course, recorded lectures, live classes, study materials, MCQs, or any other digital content has been provided, the order cannot be cancelled, and no refund shall be issued.
The decision of Lecturepedia regarding whether a course has been activated or accessed shall be final and binding.
3. Fraudulent or Misuse of Orders
Lecturepedia reserves the right to cancel or suspend any order or account if it reasonably believes that:
- False or misleading information has been provided.
- Unauthorized or fraudulent payment methods have been used.
- Multiple accounts are being used to misuse promotional offers.
- The account is involved in piracy, unauthorized sharing, or resale of course content.
- Any activity violates our Terms & Conditions or applicable laws.
In such cases, Lecturepedia may suspend or terminate access to the Platform without prior notice and may initiate appropriate legal action where necessary.
4. Promotional Offers
Promotional offers, coupons, cashback, referral rewards, or discount codes are subject to their respective terms and conditions.
If an order placed using any promotional benefit is cancelled, the promotional benefit may be forfeited and shall not be refunded or reissued unless expressly stated otherwise.
