By purchasing any course or service on Lecturepedia, you agree to the terms of this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

1. Nature of Products

Lecturepedia provides digital educational products and services, including but not limited to:

  • Study Materials

  • Test Series

  • MCQs

  • Digital Notes

  • Educational Resources

Since these are digital products that become accessible immediately after successful payment, they cannot be returned like physical goods.

2. No Refund Policy

All purchases made on Lecturepedia are final.

Once a payment has been successfully processed and access to the course or digital content has been provided, no refund, cancellation, or exchange shall be permitted, except in circumstances expressly mentioned in this Policy or where required under applicable law.

Please review the course details, validity period, faculty, syllabus, and system requirements carefully before making your purchase.

3. Duplicate or Incorrect Payments

If you are charged more than once for the same order due to a technical error or payment gateway issue, please contact our support team.

After verification, the duplicate amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, subject to the policies of the payment gateway and banking institutions.

4. Failed Transactions

If your payment is deducted but the course is not activated:

  • Please wait for up to 24 hours, as payment confirmations may sometimes be delayed.

  • If the issue remains unresolved, contact our support team with your payment details.

Upon verification, we will either:

  • Activate your course, or

  • Process a refund if the payment was received but the course could not be provided.

5. Course Access Issues

If you experience technical issues preventing access to your purchased course, please contact our support team.

Our technical team will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Technical issues alone shall not constitute grounds for a refund where access can reasonably be restored.

6. Course Cancellation by Lecturepedia

In the unlikely event that Lecturepedia cancels a course before access is provided due to operational reasons, you may be offered:

  • A full refund,

  • Access to an equivalent course, or

  • Store credit for future purchases,

at the sole discretion of Lecturepedia.

7. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds shall not be provided for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Accidental purchase by the user

  • Failure to complete the course

  • Lack of time to attend classes

  • Dissatisfaction after accessing the course content

  • Device or internet-related issues at the user’s end

  • Incorrect course selection made by the user

  • Failure to read course details before purchase

  • Violation of the Terms & Conditions resulting in account suspension

8. Promotional Offers and Discounts

Courses purchased during promotional campaigns, special offers, discount sales, coupon-based purchases, or bundle offers are non-refundable.

Any promotional coupon or discount code used during purchase shall not be reinstated or refunded in the event of cancellation.

9. Chargebacks

Users are requested to contact Lecturepedia before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute with their bank or payment provider.

If a chargeback is initiated after course access has been granted, Lecturepedia reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the user’s account until the matter is resolved.

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in legal action.
